As part of building the Pandora Digital Hub in Warsaw, we are looking for Scrum Master in our Order Delivery and/or Inventory Service teams in the OMNI Operations Product Line.
OMNI Operations Product Line has been designed and launched to enable Supply Chain Tech and Omni Operations to jointly deliver on Pandora’s Phoenix strategy in the most efficient way. OMNI Operations Product Line is covering capabilities to secure the order fulfilment and order delivery process all the way to the customer receiving the products.
You will work with a team of talented professionals developing and maintaining digital products in our new OMNI Operations ecosystem. You will help the team members communicate, coordinate and cooperate together as a unit to become a mature and self-organizing agile team.
You’ll also coach and support your team to ensure that the agreed agile process is being followed, help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
You will be an important member of the OMNI Operations product line, our virtual organisation consisting of a team of teams, where we jointly plan our quarterly objectives, and work closely together on aligning dependencies and mitigating risks.
Your role as a Scrum Master:
- Remove impediments for the team to make sure that they reach their objectives and deliver the committed business value
- Coach and educate the team and the wide Pandora organisation to foster an agile mindset in everything that we do
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, iteration planning, demos, retrospectives, and work closely together with Product Owners on how to refine and prioritize the backlog
- Support the Product Owners in their effort to manage the backlog
- Drive relentless improvement and create a learning environment with ongoing feedback and recognition
- Promote DevOps capabilities and mindset in the teams
- Prepare and facilitate the team events, and administrate the agile planning tool
- Track cost of the team incl. Capex/Opex split and able to report on the spend of the team to the product line leadership team
- Work closely with the Delivery Lead (RTE/Chief Scrum Master) and other Scrum Masters in the OMNI Operations Product Line to align dependencies and remove program level risks and impediments.
- Be an active member of our Scrum Master Community of Practice
What you need to succeed:
- 2+ years of experience as a scrum master, with proven capabilities in Lean-Agile leadership, behaviours and mindset
- Great coaching skills, you can educate and guide the team
- Problem solver, you can remove the impediments the team faces
- Certified Scrum Master qualification(s) are desirable
- Fluency in English both written and verbal is required
- Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with Supply Chain and/or ordering solutions is a plus
- Experience working in an international organisation ideally with experience in digital transformation
