  The Role includes: 

  • Perform payroll accounting processes for entities, 

  • Process GL transactions including accruals, corrections and other journal entries, 

  • Perform GL period end and reconciliations, 

  • Participate in audit process (group, statutory), 

  • Build back up functions for other GL processes (inventory, fixed assets, etc) 

  • Assist with legal compliance processes (i.e authority audits, statistical reporting, statutory reporting), 

  • Handling internal customer inquiries (ad hoc reporting, reconciliations) 

  • Deliver service in line with agreed controls, policies and procedures, 

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements regarding quality and productivity, participate in global/local projects related to RTR area.

  • Active participation in a project to implement a new ERP system. 

 

We’re the perfect match, if you have: 

  • Master Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, 

  • Min. 2 years of experience in accounting department (most preferably in RTR/GL) 

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and particularly in MS Excel,

  • Knowledge of the SAP S/4 HANA would be an asset 

  • Very good English and Polish

  • Willingness to learn and proactive approach, 

  • Very good analytical skills with attention to details,

  • Very good communications skills, 

  • Strong team player
