RtR Accountant (1 year contract)

Here in Warsaw, we are responsible for about 80% of all the company's financial and accounting transactions worldwide.

The Role includes:
- Perform payroll accounting processes for entities,
- Process GL transactions including accruals, corrections and other journal entries,
- Perform GL period end and reconciliations,
- Participate in audit process (group, statutory),
- Build back up functions for other GL processes (inventory, fixed assets, etc)
- Assist with legal compliance processes (i.e authority audits, statistical reporting, statutory reporting),
- Handling internal customer inquiries (ad hoc reporting, reconciliations)
- Deliver service in line with agreed controls, policies and procedures,
- Identify opportunities for process improvements regarding quality and productivity, participate in global/local projects related to GL area.
We’re the perfect match, if you have:
- Master Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics,
- Solid experience in OTC accounting (experience in AP, GL will be an asset),
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and particularly in MS Excel,
- Very good English and Polish
- Willingness to learn and proactive approach,
- Very good analytical skills with attention to details,
- Very good communications skills,
- Strong team player.
