As a result of our growth ambitions, we are looking for a Retail Marketing Operational Specialist who will be responsible for ordering marketing campaigns in close cooperation with the VM& Retail Marketing department.

This role is about:

 

•    preparation, supervision and responsibility for Allocation file for distributors markets
•    loading campaign orders into the system (Cloud, AX)
•    forecast of global VM materials (campaigns)
•    preparation and assignment of new codes for in-store materials for each campaign
•    coordination of production and delivery to the central warehouse KN, of campaign in-store materials
•    coordination/ cooperation with a printing house at local productions- current promotions/ activations and other ad hoc assignments
•    wallpapers- preparations files for orders, cooperation with the supplier and coordination of deliveries
•    Basware support (coding/ describing fv)
•    AX system support
•    re-invoice EEPL/EECZ/EEHU/EESK/EERO
•    checking inventory/ order statuses
•    cost control in cooperation with financial department
•    assistance in co-creating the VM budget
•    management of all logistics activities related directly to VM retail / wholesale, at the opening of new locations, refits already existing
•    Cooperation with EDC/ CEE
•    Complaints/ incompatibilities in order
•    Placing orders
•    Control of shipments

 

You’re the perfect match, if You have:

 

•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Planning Tolls (Power BI will be an advantage)
•    Fluent in English – verbally and written
•    Min. 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, in an international retail/fast fashion/lifestyle/beauty organization

•    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
•    Proactivity and curiosity, can-do attitude
•    Ability to share knowledge
•    Initiative and shared decision-making approach
•    Team-spirit
•    Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
•    Passion for work and the product
