About the Team:   


In the Delivery & Planning team within Digital & Technology we have a mission of driving and improving end to end delivery of tech initiatives in collaboration with Product and Development teams – seeking to deliver expected outcome for our customers and colleagues in shortest possible time to market while staying within budget.

As part of expanding the Pandora Digital and Technology organization in Warsaw, we are looking for a Project Manager for Infrastructure, Network, & Voice Tech.

In this role you will be leading the delivery of our various network infrastructure initiatives such as office relocations, warehouse expansions, and network segmentation, being the driving force ensuring that all network related activities are planned and delivered. You will work alongside several key stakeholders globally, and report directly to the Director of Core Tech Delivery.

In your role as Project Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for managing global network infrastructure projects, such as settings up new office locations or supporting our network segmentation initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders globally, you will be their network infrastructure go-to person guiding and supporting them with the ambition to reach our common targets.
  • Plan end-to-end infrastructure deliveries from ordering hardware, setting up network infrastructure, testing, cut-over and go-live activities.
  • Change management tasks, ensuring the business is suitably prepared and the change is properly embedded.
  • Supporting the business in submitting Business Cases and tracking project financials.
  • Between 7 to 15 travel days a year are expected


What is needed to succeed:   

  • Strong hands-on Project Management experience.
  • Experience in managing infrastructure and network projects is required, specifically network, Microsoft Teams, telephony, and voice services and solutions.
  • Project Management certification is preferred (for example PMP, MPM, Prince2 or equivalent).
  • Great change management skills, you have the ability to ensure delivery from idea to adoption. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex internal and external dependencies and stakeholders, to plan sequence of work across teams, and to understand dependencies outside of your project team.
  • Problem solver, you can think creatively to remove impediments.
  • A good understanding and interest in technology and the variety of disciplines and interplays involved in technology delivery.
