SAP Master Data Lead, in Global SAP S/4 HANA ERP implementation 
In this Digital & Technology role, you will play a key role through the entire design and global implementation of SAP S/4 HANA with the focus on Master Data Management.  You will be responsible of the E2E solution design of master data objects. You will drive best practices and standardization.


What is needed to succeed:

 

  • Hands-on experience with MDM Data Modelling, UI Modelling, Processing Modelling a plus, preferably also SAP MDG
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role (consulting or key-user) and experience with a global implementation program, preferably SAP
  • Proficient spoken and written command of English
  • Master's degree in IT or equivalent by experience.


Other key accountabilities include: 
 

  • Co-leads design of future master data processes including making recommendations on Key Design Decisions.  Facilitate discussions, efforts, and completion of KDDs
  • Co-leads the definition and implementation of data migration plans
  • Deep dive in business process mapping, re-engineering and analysis
  • Lead blueprint workshops with the implementation partner to define requirement gathering and fit to standard process design
  • Design documentation, communicating and helping developers and basis to get the solution implemented
  • Review of testing approach and materials to ensure business requirements are met
  • Contribute to UAT planning, preparing test scripts, and executing support and fixes in UAT phase
  • Support process owners, functional consultants/business analysts and business SMEs in analysis, functional deep dives and in maturing ways of working to ensure quality functional work
  • Adapt agile mindset and way of working to make day-to-day work efficient and collaborative with stakeholders

  • You enjoy working with many stakeholders and showcase the ability to translate your ideas for any audience, through well-crafted strategic documents, thorough requirements, and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Effective influencer and ability to work with large cross-functional teams and complex programs in large multi-national corporations
  • Being comfortable working with short lead-time, change management and highly volatile environment. Shows resilience and patience to build up structures and maturity within an organization.  
  • Bring positive and proactive mindset with an intrinsic motivation. Demonstrate a true team-player that stripes for the accomplishment of common goals
