Pandora is looking for a Planning Solution Consultant to join our Global Merchandising, Integrated Planning team. You will work on ensuring excellence in planning and supply chain processes, supporting the smooth running of our jewelry business with a focus on our new planning solution, o9. You will help drive strategic improvements and support the global team in meeting our ambitious goals for demand forecasting, inventory availability and allocation precision.

As Planning Solution Consultant, your role will be a mix of strategy, collaboration, and hands-on work. You’ll help bridge the gap between technology and business needs to drive value for Pandora’s merchandising and supply chain teams globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Process Improvement: Act as the connector between functional needs and technology, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Identify improvement areas for global merchandising processes and systems.
- Solution Implementation: Be a key player in the implementation of the o9 planning solution for Store Replenishment, working closely with cross-functional teams globally.
- Training & Support: Lead training efforts for end users, creating training content and facilitating sessions. Ensure that the global team is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for successful adoption.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with merchandising, supply chain teams, and external stakeholders (e.g., o9 vendors and consultants) to foster efficiencies and share best practices.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in testing new solutions, create test cases, and coordinate testing with subject matter experts to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Risk Management & Mitigation: Assist with risk assessments and propose solutions to address potential challenges.
What You Need to Succeed
We are looking for someone who is not only technically skilled, but also passionate about driving change and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years in demand planning, inventory planning, merchandise planning and allocation, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and proficiency with planning systems (e.g., o9, Logility, Anaplan, Relex) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel). Knowledge of ordering platforms is also a plus.
- Certifications: Agile or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Language: Strong English proficiency. Corporate language in Pandora is English.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.

Your New Team: You will be part of the Global Merchandising Transformation team, reporting to the Transformation and Product Manager. You will also collaborate with teams from Global Supply Chain and Digital & Tech to support the successful implementation of our planning solutions. The role is based in Warsaw.
