PR & Influencers Specialist

From here, we manage across the region, handling our wholesale distribution as well as our owned and operated stores and e-commerce. In addition to our Warsaw office, we have local offices in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary supporting our business in these markets.

As a result of our growth ambitions, we are looking for an experienced and passionate PR & influencers Specialist with an excellent understanding of market trends in the field of PR & Influencers to join our Marketing Team.

Key accountabilities:

• Planning and implementing all PR activities in accordance with the marketing calendar for Czech, Slovak and Romanian markets. Leading projects from start to finish, including operational work (budget responsibility, settlement of invoices, agreements):
• Setting up media cooperation and partnerships
• Leading of Influencer campaigns
• Planning, creation and executing PR events
• Responsibility for the strategy and distribution of Pandora communication materials tailored to a specific market
• Creating reports on PR & influencers activities for local and global office
• Handling given PR tools (media monitoring, influencers tracking, media service)
• Day-to-day cooperation with local PR Agencies
• Fulfil work-related tasks delegated by the superior
• Supporting other markets and events in Poland if needed. 
   

We’re a perfect match, if You have:

• Experience on similar position in PR team preferably in fashion or beauty, eventually retail and FMCG
• Results orientation, ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines, highly organized
• Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in Polish (translations, copywriting) and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Effective project management skills (time management, planning, organizing), successful with managing multiple projects at the same time
• Ability to build excellent working relationships to attain goals inside and outside the organization
• Team working  and cross-functionally collaboration skills
• Flexibility to participate in evening events, business trips
