OTC Senior Accounting Specialist, Revenue Management

Our OTC Senior Accounting Specialist will ensure that all transactions are processed with efficiency and quality according to predefined standards, as well as handle and take ownership of business and audit queries and act as a mentor for less experienced OTC staff.
Your responsibilities:
- Review completeness retail sales and cost of sales
- Post month end accrual for unrecognized revenue – Retail + E-commerce
- Supporting audit documentation
- Identify process improvements and recommend changes
- Provide trainings for team members
- Solve complex accounting transactions
- Run reports and monitoring correctness
- Run additional projects, meetings, presentations
- Support for OTC Team Leader in all tasks except of HR related
- Develop, validate and revise work instructions for processes within the department
- Allocate & reconcile payments by cash and credit cards with retail sales – Retail + E-commerce
- Calculate and reclass cash and credit cards in transit – Retail + E-commerce
- Prepare monthly reconciliation
- Review audit controls and documentation
You’re the perfect match, if you have:
- Min. 2 years work experience within accounting / OTC structures
- Preferably knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP system
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and particularly in MS Excel
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- Customer orientation
