OTC Senior Accountant (Accounts Receivables)

Our OTC Senior Accountant in Shared Service Centre will ensure that all transactions are processed with efficiency and quality according to predefined standards, as well as handle and take ownership of business and audit queries and act as a mentor for less experienced AR staff.

Your responsibilities can cover following areas:

  • Be responsible for OTC processes meeting the requirements of the Law and the requirements of the auditors according to the recorded materials, internal controls and Pandora bookkeeping rules,
  • Deliver service in line with agreed controls, policies and procedures,
  • Review monthly reconciliation for specific balance sheet, P&L accounts,
  • Analyze, investigate, research and correct accounting entries as needed,
  • Oversee and process job tasks with efficiency and high quality at all times,
  • Establish and maintain effective lines of communication and relationships with other departments, within Finance and global organizations,
  • Identify process improvements and recommend changes to improve systems, processes and performance,
  • Assume additional responsibilities and assist with special project as needed and directed,
  • Be a mentor and role model for less experienced staff in AR team,
  • Be the first point of contact for team/business/audit queries,
  • Provide knowledge sharing of OTC processes round the Pandora-business and the update of the OTC site on the SharePoint,
  • Develop, validate and revise work instructions for processes within the department,
  • Provide direct support to Superior, Manager with tasks and projects as required.

 

You’re the perfect match, if you have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with accounting,
  • Very good English,
  • Preferably knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP system,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and particularly in MS Excel,
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail,
  • International mind-set,
  • Strong customer service orientation,
  • Strong team player,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Excellent organizational, motivation and planning skills,
  • Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously.
