Our GBS team performs a wide range of financial processes beyond standard transaction processing. We work closely with PANDORA's local management, business controllers, customer service departments throughout Europe and the Middle East, and with our colleagues in the global office in Copenhagen. Here in Warsaw, we are responsible for about 90% of all the company's financial and accounting transactions worldwide.

Your responsibilities can cover following areas: 

  • Support global finance organization in identification, evaluation and prioritization of OTC improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to define requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Assist with resources scheduling.
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
  • Work with the Projects Manager to eliminate blockers.
  • Track and communicate project risks and opportunities where applicable.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project outputs.
  • Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Undertake project tasks as required.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Support the OTC GPO aligning local and global initiatives including but not limited to priorities, risks, dependencies, impact.

 

You’re the perfect match, if you have: 

 

  • Min. 2 years relevant working experience in the field of project management.
  • Experience from retail environment desired
  • Preferably Green Belt certification with practical project completed
  • Preferably project management certification: PMI (CAPM lvl. At least), Prince2
  • Working knowledge and a robust understanding of operational processes within OTC
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Power Point and Excel.
  • Preferably Power BI knowledge.
  • Preferably S/4HANA knowledge.
  • Preferably project management software knowledge: MS project, Project Online or other
  • International mind-set, proactive, strong team player
