Master Data Maintenance (MDM) Team is responsible for supporting Pandora's: customers & suppliers (adding new customers to the system, tracing and amending existing accounts, setting up payment terms and methods), employees - entering new hires into the system, tracing and amending existing accounts, granting access to the systems; prices (creation of new price lists in the systems, calculation of transfer and sale prices and their entering into the systems), shops (handling the system of cash registers in shops, handling prices and promotions).

As Master Data Team Leader You will be responsible for:

  • Manage MDM team to deliver timely master data operations and activities with predefined standards and work processes and high quality,
  • Ensure right split of responsibilities (including back-ups) and monitor results of work, 
  • Monitoring and coordinating team’s workload on daily basis, 
  • Advise, lead and coordinate certain MDM and GBS projects, 
  • Collaborate closely with MDM Manager, MDM Team, GBS departments to support ongoing business,
  • Coordinate timely and accurate delivery of tasks and supporting documentation for external and internal auditors, 
  • Conduct a review of existing master data processes’ standards fostering culture of continuous improvement,
  • Ensure that master data operational processes, workflows, and procedures are efficient, effective, and aligned with the organization's goals and objectives,
  • Continuously improve master data team performance in terms of efficiency and quality,
  • Play a key role in guiding and motivating MDM team members to define root causes and solve master data issues and achieve operational excellence,
  • Ensure right level of competencies, knowledge and motivation of his/her employees as well as secure communication flow within his/her own team and all other Pandora’s departments, 
  • Conduct yearly performance appraisal of his/her employees in order to ensure employees’ own development and alignment of company’s and individual objectives, 
  • Monitor and control overtime and holiday usage, 
  • Oversee introduction and monitor right KPIs and internal controls to ensure efficiency and safety of processes,
  • Continuously improve and standardize processes in order to increase efficiency and quality,
  • Fully responsible for mdm processes, including periodic activities, Month End Closing activities.

 

Primary Job goals:

  • Lead and manage Master Data team to ensure that team meets performance targets and objectives,
  • Manage and optimize MDM operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of work,
  • Support professional growth and development of MDM team members through coaching, training, and mentorship.

 

You’re the perfect match, if you have:  

  • Master degree in Data Management, Business Administration/Management, Economics/Finance or similar,
  • At least 1 year of experience in team management,
  • More than 3 years of experience with master data processes (preferably in SSC),
  • Fluent in English and at least communicative in Polish, 
  • Preferably knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or similar ERP system,
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and particularly in MS Excel,
  • Excellent communication & stakeholders management skills, International mind-set,
  • Very strong prioritization skills - the ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously under time and quality pressure,
  • Ability to build and establish a good working relationship within the organization,
  • Excellent communication skills - assertiveness, negotiation and listening skills, 
  • Change management experience, proactive and ‘can do’ approach, customer oriented.
