As a Loss Prevention Specialist with a strong understanding of stock control methods, you will become a Custodian and Protector of the Pandora brand, responsible for ensuring compliance with Processes and Procedures to protect the profit and assets of the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting 55+ of Own & Operated stores in leading market in Poland
  • Annual and cycle stock takes (incl. agreeing timelines for counts, contact with external Vendors, providing auditors with requested documentation, performing annual stock take reconciliations, conducting annual internal financial controls (ICF), posting of counting files if needed)
  • Stock control (incl. stock and data analyzis, control of the store stock movements, weekly accuracy checking and posting of manual adjustments made by stores)
  • Daily support for stores on loss prevention measures 
  • Regular contact with external warehouse (EDC) in case of deliveries or returns mistakes / discrepancies
  • Monitoring unusual activities in sales system and reporting to IT / Inventory Team in SSC  
  • Creating mitigation plans for poor-performing and highly risk stores (in regards of stock control)
  • Development, implementation, revision and update/maintenance of store policies and procedures concerning stock accuracy 
  • Creating guidelines for stores
  • Active participation in New Projects (securing new projects implementation accordingly to stock accuracy processes, creating new procedures for stores if needed)
  • Trainings for Regional Sales Managers and Store Managers

 

We are perfect match, if You have: 

  • Understanding of retail industry and solid experience in a role with inventory / loss prevention / stock management / stock takes conducting, reconciliation or audit responsibilities within a multi-site retail/franchise environment
  • Fluency in Polish and at least communicative level of English
  • Well structured, detailed in and problem solving approach
  • Analytical skills and ability to provide detailed and clear report analyse
  • Advanced knowledge of MsOffice / Excel, experience in using inventory management, accounts receivable modules of ERP system, dashboards and ticketing platforms, Power BI reports and OMS system is a significant advantage
  • Flexiblity and capability of working with competing deadlines to optimise business results
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required
  • Proactivity and curiosity, can-do attitude and team-spirit
