About the Team

Pandora is embarking on an ambition path to deliver on our Digital strategy to build an agile end-to-end. We are embracing a scaled Agile setup structured around product teams with clear focus on outcomes.  You will play a key part in driving initiatives within merchandising and supply chain planning solutions. You will act as the connector between functional needs and technology and ensure we are always working on the things that creates value for our consumers and the business.

As a Technical Architect - Supply Chain, you will be responsible for optimizing system processes by capturing, analysing and documenting requirements for application process and system developments; reviewing and providing input into solutions and then coordinating and supporting the communication and delivery of those requirements with relevant parties. With our strong focus on quality, we also expect that you will play a role in creating and executing test cases, validating with our end users and communicating issues back to the technical teams,  so that we ensure that our solutions are scalable, simple and drive operational excellence.
The role has a merchandise planning focus. You will collaborate closely with Global Merchandising in developing and rolling out solutions to our local markets. You will be a member of one of the product teams, which is focused on optimizing our sales and inventory by providing capable and sustainable planning solutions. Aspects of the role will be highly commercial, and will involve development, training business users & responsibility for the successful implementation of proposed processes and applications.


About You @Pandora

You will be focusing on delivering Digital Solutions in the Supply Chain area: Merchandising Financial Planning and  Assortment planning 


  • Translating the Business requirements/processes into Application Architecture and Infra structure needs in below functional areas

  • Strategic Planning and Budgeting

  • Category based planning 

  • Assortment Planning (Must Skill )

  • Open to Buy and Trade Promo Planning 

  • Implementing the Business requirements/processes into Application configuration work-flow backend or front end side

  • Build and Drive the DevOps Strategy support for Continuous integration and deployment pipelines

  • Work with Business Analysts and Product Owners to understand Business requirements to optimize the end to end system workflow

  • Take ownership of application architecture keeping in mind maintenance of the Core appli-cation , integrations and User Experience

What is needed to succeed


  • 5+ years of experience in System Analysis, experience in Large projects/programs, focusing on Forecast Management, Strategic Planning, Assortment Planning

  • 5+ years of experienced in designing, developing and implementing data driven solutions

  • 2+ years of experienced in using SQL Server T-SQL (Azure, MS SSAS, Python)

  • Experienced in delivery cloud based solutions

  • Experienced in gathering and clarifying the requirements for data handling and processing

  • Hands On experience with planning solutions (incl. Aptos ,Anaplan , BlueYonder ,O9 Solutions)

  • Experience with OLTP/OLAP data modelling and hierarchy Planning (Multi-Dimensional Database modelling )

  • Experience in E2E multinational projects 

  • You are obsessed about identifying new technology opportunity & potential and you are naturally curious in solving these whilst making a business impact

  • You are obsessed with simplifying the complex, finding the best ways to solve problems here and now
