About the Team:  
As part of expanding the Pandora Digital and Technology organization in Warsaw, we are looking for the Application Lead (Merchandizing Financial Planning - Digital Transformation).

 

Pandora is embarking on an ambition path to deliver on our Digital strategy to build an agile end-to-end supply chain delivery. We are embracing a scaled Agile structured around product teams with clear focus on outcomes. Strong and passionate DevOps Integration Engineer is a key component of realizing these ambitions. In this newly created role, you will support the shaping of our engineering and development practices. This is a hands-on technical role, with a high degree of collaboration with numerous areas to drive cultural change and raise the maturity levels of the Continuous Delivery practices.  


You will ensure implementation of the Continuous Integration and Deployment pipeline, from requirements to specifications, quality, releases, and monitoring of the production health. The main outcomes are focused on enabling our teams to ship high quality products and features with an end-to-end mindset from conception to working product. 

 

Within supply chain, you will work to execute on the Operations 2026 strategy and support the ambitions of creating a flexible fulfilment and delivery setup across our warehouses globally. You will enable the distribution centres, Operations and planning teams to establish a new scaled agile delivery engine to cross-functionally realize the strategic ambitions. You will focus on driving DevOps and Development for the most critical part of the strategy, i.e. shaping and implementing a new ecosystem for fulfilment (WMS) and delivery (TMS) capabilities globally, while also balancing the dependencies and the overall technical aspect for other product teams within the domain.

We believe you have strong communication and collaboration skills and abilities to partner with business- as well as technical stakeholders. You should have strong technical acumen within Supply Chain, preferably within the area of Warehouse, - and Transport Management and a good understanding of technology. You understand the complexity of a global company as well as the need of simplicity and standardization – while not comprising the co-worker experience. 

 

About You @Pandora:  


You will be focusing on delivering Digital Solutions in the Supply Chain area: Merchandising Financial Planning or Enterprise Planning or IBP  

  • Translating the Business requirements/processes into Application Architecture and Infra structure needs in below functional areas 
  • Strategic Planning and Budgeting 
  • Attribute based planning or Category based planning  
  • Open to Buy and Trade Promo Planning  
  • Implementing the Business requirements/processes into Application configuration workflow backend or frontend side
  • Build and Drive the DevOps Strategy support for Continuous integration and deployment pipelines 
  • Work with Business Analysts and Product Owners to understand Business requirements to optimize the end-to-end system workflow 
  • Take ownership of application architecture keeping in mind maintenance of the Core application, integrations and User Experience 

 

What is needed to succeed:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, experience in Large projects/programs, focusing on Forecast Management , Strategic Planning Omni Channel Planning 
  • 5+ years of experienced in designing, developing, and implementing data driven solutions 
  • 2+ years of experienced in using T-SQL technology (Azure, MS SSAS) 
  • Experienced in delivery cloud-based solutions 
  • Experienced in gathering and clarifying the requirements for data handling and processing 
  • Hands On experience with planning solutions (incl. Aptos Anaplan , BlueYonder Merchendising Financial Planning) 
  • Experience with OLTP/OLAP data modelling and hierarchy Planning (Multi-Dimensional Database modelling)
  • Experience in E2E multinational projects  
  • You are obsessed about identifying new technology opportunity & potential and you are naturally curious in solving these whilst making a business impact 
  • You are obsessed with simplifying the complex, finding the best ways to solve problems here and now
