Junior eCommerce Operations Specialist

We are looking for an Junior eCommerce Operations Specialist to support daily eCommerce activities across Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania, while driving omnichannel initiatives to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience. This role involves collaborating with local and global teams, coordinating customer service projects, monitoring operational performance, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

Your responsibilities will cover the following areas:
Omnichannel Services & Customer Experience
- Supporting global omnichannel initiatives and adapting them to local market needs,
- Collaborating effectively with both local and global teams,
- Improving the end-to-end customer experience across all supported markets,
- Coordinating and implementing projects related to Customer Service tools,
- Actively proposing enhancements to FAQs, transactional emails, and other customer-facing materials,
- Using customer insights to identify opportunities for strategic and operational improvements,
- Working closely with retail teams to encourage stores’ participation in omnichannel initiatives and improve operational efficiency,
- Ensuring the accuracy of offline store information displayed on websites,
- Staying up to date with industry best practices to support the continuous enhancement of Pandora’s omnichannel capabilities,
- Demonstrating adaptability and innovation when facing operational challenges,
- Proactively identifying potential issues in customer experience flows and recommending effective solutions.
eCommerce Operations
- Providing daily operational support to local eCommerce activities,
- Creating, publishing, and updating customer service-related content,
- Supporting eCommerce projects and developments with valuable insights,
- Monitoring delivery experience performance and identifying improvement opportunities,
- Maintaining strong information flow between eCommerce and customer service teams,
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks and driving them independently to completion,
- Anticipating operational risks and proposing corrective actions to ensure continuity and efficiency.
You’re the perfect match, if you have:
- 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, digital logistics, or a similar operational role.
- A genuine passion for Pandora and eCommerce, with an interest in market trends and retail innovation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and markets, with a solid command of English.
- A customer-first mindset combined with analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, especially during peak seasons or project rollouts.
- A continuous improvement mindset, initiative, and readiness to suggest and implement optimizations.
