Master Data Maintenance (MDM) Team is responsible for supporting Pandora's: customers & suppliers (adding new customers to the system, tracing and amending existing accounts, setting up payment terms and methods), employees - entering new hires into the system, tracing and amending existing accounts, granting access to the systems; prices (creation of new price lists in the systems, calculation of transfer and sale prices and their entering into the systems), shops (handling the system of cash registers in shops, handling prices and promotions).

In this role you will:
- Ensure the proper maintenance of Master Data (MD) set ups in Microsoft Dynamics AX2009/2012 as well as other systems (Dynamics D365, Acubiz, LINK training platform) in the following areas: supplier/customer/employee MD, price and product maintenance, chart of accounts,
- Act as the point of contact for business requests and questions related to the various areas in the company master data.
- Complete requests for master data in a timely, accurate manner by performing integrity checks to ensure a high quality of master data.
- Ensure all requests contain the appropriate supporting documentation and comply with corporate requirements before they are implemented into the system.
- Analyze and improve data quality, which includes running regularly scheduled data audit reports.
- Support continuous improvement of processes and initiatives
- Contribute to the update of internal documentation and work instructions
- Create ad-hoc reports and analysis of the data consistency.
- Comply and act following the internal PANDORA procedures related to MD maintenance.
- Cooperate with other PANDORA departments on a daily basis and involve in various local and global project
We're a perfect match if you have:
- University degree
- Professional experiences in Master Data / data analytics are nice to have,
- An interest in Master Data related topics and willingness to learn and develop in data / data maintenance fields,
- A very good command of English and Polish,
- Well-developed IT skills (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP or similar ERP systems will be an asset),
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, in particular MS Excel,
- Flexibility and proactive approach,
- Sense of responsibility, keeping deadlines,
- Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment,
- Ability to build and establish a good working relationship with colleagues,
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
