Our GBS team performs a wide range of financial processes beyond standard transaction processing. We strive to streamline all of our financial processes and continually enhance the support and services we provide to customers and business partners. We work closely with PANDORA's local management, business controllers, customer service departments throughout Europe and the Middle East, and with our colleagues in the global office in Copenhagen. Here in Warsaw, we are responsible for about 90% of all the company's financial and accounting transactions worldwide.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Master Data Intern to join our team and support our enterprise-wide data operations initiatives. You will work alongside data professionals to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across key systems (e.g., SAP , Microsoft Dynamics). This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in master data operations, data governance, and business process optimization in a dynamic organization.

 

In this role you will: 

  • Ensure the proper maintenance of Master Data (MD) set ups in Microsoft Dynamics AX2009/2012 and SAP S/4HANA as well as other systems (Dynamics D365, Acubiz, LINK training platform) in the following areas: supplier/customer/employee MD, price and product maintenance/finance md
  • Complete requests for master data in a timely, accurate manner by performing integrity checks to ensure a high quality of master data
  • Ensure all requests contain the appropriate supporting documentation and comply with corporate requirements before they are implemented into the system
  • Contribute to update of internal documentation and work instructions
  • Comply and act following the internal PANDORA procedures related to MD maintenance
  • Support data cleansing activities

 

You’re the perfect match, if you have:

  • Availability of 40h/week for 4 months period
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Currently pursuing career in data field such as: data administration, data maintenance, customer service transactions, or related fields
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology would be a strong asset
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) will be an asset
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Power Point, particularly MS Excel
  • Very good command of English and Polish verbal and written
  • Responsible and deadline-oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player (ability to build and establish a good working relationship with colleagues)
