Interim eCommerce Operations & Digital Partners Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and data-driven professional to oversee omnichannel services, manage eCommerce operations across four countries, and lead relationships with digital partners. Your Main Responsibilities:

 

Omnichannel Services

· Lead the implementation of global omnichannel initiatives while considering local market needs and infrastructure.

· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators like fulfillment rates, delivery time, and return rates.

· Understand the impact of omni services on eCommerce performance and propose optimizations to leverage the results

· Work closely with retail teams to encourage stores’ participation in omnichannel initiatives and improve efficiency.

· Stay up to date with industry best practices to keep Pandora ahead of the curve.

 

eCommerce Operations

· Lead and support eCommerce operations teams in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania.

· Track productivity, service level agreements (SLAs), and returns; suggest ways to enhance teams’ efficiency.

· Ensure accurate stock management and availability.

· Supervise logistics and orders’ delivery to ensure best in class customer experience.

· Coordinate information flow between eCommerce team and customer service teams.

 

Digital Partners Management

· Manage relationships with digital marketplaces, retail partners, and distributors.

· Develop strategies to grow presence and sales on external platforms.

· Optimize pricing, content, and promotions across third-party sites.

· Analyze partners’ performance and use data to drive decisions.

· Share brand guidelines and best practices with digital partners.

 

 

What We’re Looking For – The Ideal Candidate

 

· Min 1-2 years leadership experience in eCommerce structures in international environment (omnichannel retail or digital operations experience will be an asset).

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.

· Very good level of English and Polish..

· Excellent communication and project management abilities, especially across multiple teams and countries.

· Experience working with digital marketplaces or third-party retail platforms.

· A customer-first mindset and passion for improving shopping experiences across channels.
