We are looking for a Interim VM Senior Specialist reporting to VM & Retail Marketing Manager and will be responsible for driving the execution of visual merchandising initiatives aligned with the cluster’s strategic vision, ensuring consistency and high standards across all stores. This role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop creative VM solutions and enhance the overall customer experience in-store.
Role Overview:
Interim VM Senior Specialist plays a key role in shaping and executing the visual merchandising (VM) strategy across the cluster, demonstrating a high level of independence in managing projects and day-to-day responsibilities. This position is responsible for influencing the development and implementation of VM concepts, including POS materials, fixtures, and campaign displays, while adopting a holistic approach and maintaining a helicopter view to ensure alignment with the overall brand vision.
Your main responsibilities in this Role:
• Influence on Cluster vision in creating and developing VM concepts, including POS materials, POS fixtures, and displays,
• Influence development of Outlet materials for the VM toolbox to be used by Country/Cluster,
• Influence and design of campaign materials and POS fixtures,
• Support the execution of the POS materials and campaign elements within area of responsibility,
• Communicate Cluster vision and strategic to area of responsibility relative to all VM initiatives,
• Gather feedback from area of responsibility and consolidate the feedback to Cluster VM Manager per activity,
• Share Cluster driven VM decisions and initiative within area of responsibility and communicate the rational and the result to Cluster VM Manager,
• Share global VM guidance to area of responsibility and feedback any consideration for future guidance development to Cluster,
• Identify and share best practices as inspiration across areas of responsibility,
• Train how to use the Global VM toolbox and guideline and implement VM initiatives,
• Campaigns planning (layouts for the campaign selection, allocation file preparation, oversized graphic production),
• Commercial VM planning, guidelines preparation,
• Training to store VMs (once a year), training to RSMs & DSMs,
• Execution review
• Providing feedback to stores
• Communication with stores regarding VM campaigns implementation.
You’re the perfect match, if you have:
• 3–5 years’ proven experience in a similar role, in an international retail/fast fashion/lifestyle/beauty organization,
• Fluent English and at least communicative Polish,
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work, excellent organizational and project management skills,
• Proactive and results-oriented,
• Ability to develop and execute plans and initiatives,
• Quick learner and adaptable to a professional and high-performance work environment,
• Initiative and shared decision-making approach,
