We are seeking a talented Interim Performance & Reward Specialist to join our HR team in Warsaw.

In this role, you’ll contribute to designing and delivering innovative reward strategies that drive performance, build trust, and boost employee satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the Global Reward Team in Copenhagen, HR Business Partners, local business leaders, and payroll — providing expert support in compensation, benefits, and data-driven HR decision-making.

This role is about: 

  • Support Reward Strategy
    Help deliver competitive and fair reward programs that support business goals and employee engagement,
  • Performance & Compensation Processes
    Lead and coordinate the annual and ad-hoc salary review cycles, benefits renewals, incentive programs, benchmarking, and employee recognition activities,
  • Data Analysis & Insights
    Deliver actionable insights and data analysis to support the development of effective reward policies,
  • Pay Transparency
    Prepare the organization for upcoming pay transparency regulations and reporting,
  • Market Benchmarking
    Manage participation in salary surveys and interpret market data to ensure our reward packages remain competitive,
  • Annual Reward Cycle
    Be a key player in the annual reward review process, collaborating closely with reward colleagues and payroll teams,
  • Monitoring Trends
    Stay on top of external trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to ensure we continuously evolve.

 

You’re the perfect match, if You have:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Business, Finance, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field,
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or reward strategy,
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors, Mercer methodologies, and IPE is an advantage,
  • Experience in a global FMCG or international environment is a plus,
  • Excellent collaboration skills — able to build relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders,
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights,
  • Advanced MS Excel skills: proficiency in Office 365 tools is highly desirable,
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal,
  • Solid project management skills; organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment,
  • Passion for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality work.
