Interim Marketing Strategist

As an INTERIM MARKETING STRATEGIST, you’ll join our Marketing Team for an exciting opportunity lasting around 1.5 years. During this time, you will report to Go-To-Market Manager and will be responsible for strategic insights, brand data, customer profiles and market landscape across EE to deliver Go To Market recommendations for stronger 360 marketing campaign activity in line with Global direction. Your Role:
· Collate Global campaign specific data insights shared and simplify in local campaign planning documents
· Analyze post campaign performance of local campaigns to present wins and learnings for Local and Global Post Mortem
· Collect and analyze macro impacts to understand each market in the Cluster, the environment, the audience and their buying habits and needs, to better identify market potential and factors influencing marketing planning. Deliver findings in quarterly reporting
· Translate complex data for reporting presentations for local and global team
· Monitor monthly brand awareness measures utilizing internal tools and deliver results for quarterly reporting
· Responsible for analysis and tracking of competitor marketing activity (brand activations, SoS, SoV)
· Perform regular analysis of spend by marketing channel (media mix) and the results achieved, to better understand market potential and future opportunities
· Work with external agencies on market researches to deliver additional insights and present the results to organization
We’re perfect match, if You have:
· Min. 1-3 years previous strategist/analyst experience with background in marketing or media agency (familiarity with retail / beauty / fashion environment preferred)
· Experience working across the full marketing mix, including digital content, and taking a 360-degree approach to campaign creation
· Strong communication skills in Polish and English; confident at presenting data and insights to key internal stakeholders
· Well-developed analytical skills with proven ability to analyze complex data, identify key trends, and draw actionable insights
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills (incl. Excel, PowerPoint)
· Exceptional attention to detail without losing overall perspective; strong prioritizing and organization skills
· Well-developed stakeholder management skills with ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships across all functions within international business environment
· Ability to adapt and respond to dynamic and ever changing work situations and environments, demonstrating drive and accountability combined with collaborative attitude.
