Job purpose: 

Currently we are looking for the 14 month maternity cover the Eastern Europe HR Business Partner position. Key to the success in the role is the ability to deliver best in class HR advisory and value-added service to management and employees in fast pacing, dynamic and business growth obsessed organization reflecting at all times the core business objectives and Pandora values.  

 

Role & Responsibility:

  • Develop an effective partnership with people leaders through consultation on human resources strategic and operational issues as it relates to the strategic business plan. 
  • Is a thought partner and executive advisor to Leadership& People Leaders assessing the organizational health and structures, with a focus on strengthening capabilities, engagement, development, and retention of talent. 
  • Acts as an Enterprise HR leader (HRBP) by promoting and championing HR/Talent initiatives and delivery across all human resource disciplines cross HR CoE’s cooperation 
  • Develops talent management plans, facilitate talent reviews and lead succession planning discussions that identify top talent and ensure a strong and diverse pipeline of talent for the organization. 
  • Assess capabilities of talent, identify training needs for leadership and competency development both now and for the future. 
  • Evaluates and analyze overall organizational climate by reviewing data from employee listening surveys and creating meaningful action plans and solutions that will drive positive employee experiences. 
  • Provides training and consulting to management in effective employee performance management practices including coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions. Provides coaching, counsel, and direction to People Leaders  to ensure fair employment practices and compliance with employment legislation. 
  • Partners with hiring managers to ensure appropriate organizational acculturation and acclamation through orientation and on-boarding services. 
  • Responsible for day-to-day HR coaching on policy and procedures including ensuring that work environments and workplace practices promote a positive employee relations environment free of discrimination, harassment, or any form of unfair or unethical practice. 
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of local legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance,  
  • Own organizational design of structure and leads/delivers all employee data related information and tasks (promotions, changes in reporting lines, FTE planning, compensation changes, position management, etc.) throughout employee lifecycle and budgeting process. 
  • Collaborates with management and employees to identify and resolve issues achieving a balance between business’ needs and employee needs. 
  • Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counselling managers and employees. 
  • Collaborates with the Performance and Rewards, Talent and Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence on programs to be delivered to organization and client groups 
  • Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. 
  • Reviews operating practices and procedures, determine whether improvements can be made and work to implement changes as appropriate. 
  • Drives communication among the organization within areas of responsibilities  
  • Cooperates with TA and supports interviewing when necessary. 

 

We're a perfect match, if You have:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, legal or similar field and/or equivalent professional experience.  
  • Over 5 years working experience in an international HRBP / Talent Development structures (preferably in retail sector)
  • Project management experience – manage and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously, 
  • Experience in developing and executing programs and processes, 
  • Very good Polish & English language skills. 
  • Experience working within retail and franchisee structured business (preferred) 
  • Experience working for a Global organizations (preferred) 
  • Experience providing a professional employment advice on ER matters 
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills at all levels of the business 
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively 
  • Ability to drive innovation, coaching and inspiring others with strong focus on cooperation and team work  
  • Strong ethical practice, 
  • Ability to cooperate effectively across various cultures, 
  • Sense of humor (more than welcome)
