About the Team:


Pandora is embarking on an ambition path to deliver on our Digital strategy to build an agile end-to-end supply chain delivery. We are embracing a scaled Agile structured around product teams with clear focus on outcomes. Strong and passionate Integrations Engineer is a key component of realizing these ambitions. In this newly created role, you will support the shaping of our engineering and development practices. This is a hands-on technical role, with a high degree of collaboration to drive cultural change and raise the maturity levels of the Continuous Delivery practices. You will help deliver the Continuous Integration and Deployment pipeline, from requirements to specifications, quality, release deployments and monitoring of the production health. The main outcomes are focused on enabling our engineers to ship high quality products and features with an end-to-end mindset from conception to delivery and production support.


Within supply chain, you will work to execute on the Operations 2026 strategy and support the ambitions of creating a flexible fulfilment and delivery setup across our warehouses globally. You will enable the distribution centres, Operations and planning teams to establish a new scaled agile delivery engine to cross-functionally realize the strategic ambitions. You will focus on driving integrations, software architecture and development for the most critical part of the strategy, i.e. shaping and implementing a new ecosystem for fulfilment (WMS) and warehousing execution capabilities globally, while also balancing the dependencies and the overall technical aspect for other product teams within the domain.

About You @Pandora:


  • Bring the overall personalization roadmap and vision come to life by recommending, implementing and refining solutions such as engraving
  • You will work in an agile setting, assuming the responsibility for the solution design, ensuring it fits the overall target blueprint and that dependencies to rest of the solution landscape is managed
  • Understand business drivers and business capabilities, and determine corresponding system designs and integrations to drive targeted business outcomes in Personalization use cases
  • Establish critical NFRs at the solution level to enable and drive functional requirements to meet business capabilities.
  • Support the architecture runway within the portfolio management
  • Enable best-in-class practices, standards, and methodologies within the engineering standards team.
  • Execution of the long-term big picture strategy and tactical planning
  • Quality and reliability of delivered Products
  • Implement and support Continuous Integration and Deployment Pipelines
  • Ensure high quality and reliability of the data flow through the integrations using metrics, monitoring and maintenance of the integrations
  • Develop technical documentation & artifacts to agreed engineering standards
  • Quality and reliability of delivered Products
  • Enable best in class engineering practices, standards, and methodologies

What is needed to succeed:


  • 3+ years of experience in large scale Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics  System implementations, scalable system integrations and consulting experience.
  • 3+ years of lead architecture within supply chain technology and warehousing execution
  • Strong knowledge in value chain management (Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics ) with emphasis on order fulfilment.
  • Supply chain experience, in particular Order fulfilment, functional WMS flows, configuration and setup is a strong benefit.
  • Supply chain technology experience, in particular around Gartner Tier 1 WMS solutions
  • Experience within the forth industry revolution 4.0 and IoT is preferred
  • Experience with adaptation of automation and emerging technologies such as goods-to-person, autonomous picking solutions and AI/ML driven warehousing execution solutions
  • Strong experience with Android RF scanning systems, MDM solutions, wearing smart devices and printing solutions within the warehousing environment.
  • Industry/sector exposure to Global 3PLs, transport and freight forwarders, Omni-Channel Retail, Luxury goods or FMCG industries
  • Experience with SAP 4/HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform also preferred
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile delivery and Lean methodologies
  • Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in a large or highly strategic organizations.


Technical competences required:


  • 3+ years of experience with scalable software architectures using Azure App Services, API management, serverless technologies, container orchestration, microservice frameworks within the Supply Chain domain.
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management 
  • 3+ years of experience in managing large-scale application portfolios in enterprise-wide environments
  • Deep domain expertise of cloud infrastructure solutions, networking technologies, Azure VMware service or similar 
  • Experience with Event Driven Architecture & cloud integration platforms such as Kafka/Solace which processes high volumes of data across the technology stack
  • Experience in working and integrating with MQTT, REST APIs, web services and other modernized integration patterns
  • Building and orchestrating API standards, publish subscribe, machine to machine network protocols
  • Software development practices like DevOps and CI/CD tool chains
  • One or more of the following programming languages: C++, C#, Java, JSON
  • Software development practices like DevOps and CI/CD tool chains
  • Experience working with Oracle DB, Google BigQuery and SQL Server databases:  database right sizing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Technology agnostic mindset
