An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Global Tax team as a Transfer Pricing Specialist to support operational transfer pricing matters globally at Pandora.
As the Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will act as a cross-functional business partner, ensuring coordination and day-to-day management of the Group’s transfer pricing compliance engagement. You will assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Pandora’s transfer pricing documentation and other compliance related matters. In this role, you will report directly to our Group Transfer Pricing Manager, and you will be located in Warsaw.

 

 

The responsibilities include:

  • Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of transfer pricing compliance engagements with external advisors, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is effectively managed.
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data needed in the transfer pricing compliance process. This includes working closely with group functions providing data for the transfer pricing compliance process.
  • Assisting in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation across the group (e.g., master file, local files, and benchmarks), working closely with advisors and colleagues.
  • Supporting operational transfer pricing activities, such as intercompany price monitoring and transfer pricing year-end adjustments, with guidance from colleagues in and outside the tax function.
  • Working with colleagues to support transfer pricing audits globally, in collaboration with external advisors.
  • Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of intercompany agreements.
  • Supporting business initiatives and projects from a transfer pricing perspective.

 

 

Required skills and qualifications:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Some relevant experience (internships or up to a few years) in tax or transfer pricing in the industry and/or at a Big 4 firm.
  • Good tax accounting knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new software tools and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships 
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and hands-on.
  • Basic knowledge of transfer pricing/international tax principles and associated compliance obligations.
  • Willingness to learn and support on operational transfer pricing activities.
