This is a pivotal leadership role with full P&L responsibility, overseeing a cluster of 900+ employees across multiple markets. Based in Warsaw, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, expanding our retail footprint, and building brand equity — all while fostering a high-performing, values-driven culture. 

  

Key Responsibilities 

  

Strategic Leadership & Growth 

  • Own and maximize the Eastern Europe cluster P&L with a long-term strategic lens. 

  • Lead market expansion efforts, including store network growth and distributor strategy. 

  • Build brand awareness and equity across all countries in the cluster. 

 

Team & Culture Leadership 

  • Inspire and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team across Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising, Retail Operations, Finance, and HR. 

  • Champion Pandora’s values — We Dream, We Dare, We Care, We Deliver — in every decision and interaction. 

  • Drive employee engagement, productivity, and retention. 

 

Operational Excellence 

  • Improve store productivity, conversion, and efficiency. 

  • Leverage global best practices and matrix collaboration to deliver local excellence. 

  • Ensure alignment with corporate strategies and deliver measurable business impact. 

  

Skills & Experience Required 

 

  • Proven experience in general management with full P&L ownership in a mass-market, D2C, or assisted sales retail environment. 

  • Strong track record of market growth and brand building. 

  • End-to-end leadership experience across commercial and operational functions. 

  • Experience working in matrixed, global organizations. 

  • A passion for developing talent and building inclusive, high-performing teams. 

  • Highly commercial, data-driven decision-maker with a strategic mindset. 

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
