Job purpose: 


Currently we are looking for the 18 month maternity cover - eCommerce Analyst position. The person we are looking for will be responsible for leading the reporting and analysis of eCommerce KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement across the customer journey, providing commercial insights to boost performance, and collaborating with various teams to optimize online sales and customer experience.

 

Your responsibilities will cover following areas:
•    Take the lead in day-to-day and periodic reporting of the eCommerce KPIs, covering main business drivers: web merchandising, content, traffic sources, product insights, promotion performance, delivery methods and returns,
•    Forecast eCommerce sales and KPIs with a daily granularity,
•    Deep dive into customer journey to search for patterns, friction points and opportunities for improvement across different touchpoints,
•    Provide clear, concise and credible commercial insights to the eCommerce trading team to boost KPIs,
•    Foster and nurture a data driven approach by building dedicated dashboards and conducting practical workshops for the team,
•    Based on data, detect potential for A/B tests, built hypothesis and partner with Testing Specialists to track the test results and draw conclusions,
•    Partner with Retail, Marketing, CRM and BI teams to understand the online customer behaviors and find areas for improvement, 
•    Share impactful insights across local and global functions, including eCommerce trading, Marketing, Merchandising and Operations.

 

You’re the perfect match, if you have:
•    Equivalent combination of experience and education accepted: marketing, economics, business analytics, ecommerce management, 
•    At least 2 years’ experience in a data analytical or ecommerce trading role,
•    A solid analytics background, ability to deliver actionable insights with high accuracy and a strong sense of urgency,
•    A strong background in using Adobe Analytics or equivalent, experience with using BI tools like PowerBI, tableau, Monetate or equivalent,
•    Understanding of key elements impacting eCommerce performance e.g. customer journey touchpoints, website personalization, web merchandising, A/B testing etc,
•    Commercial mindset to drive online sales and work in a support role within the team,
•    Ability to analyze and communicate complex data in a way that is understandable for all business stakeholders,
•    Ability to translate data findings to opportunities to grow business,
•    Quick learner and adapt to a professional and high-performance work environment.
