About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our organization's data through comprehensive analysis and quality assurance processes. The data analyst is playing a key role in the data management team and will work closely with Data Governance and proactive advising of data quality best practices.
About Data Management Team:
You will join a multi-cultural team spread over 3 locations: Copenhagen, Warsaw, and Thailand. You will be part of a matrix organisation of 20 data enthusiasts spread across Data Governance, Data Excellence, Data Architecture, Master Data Tooling and ERP Master Data professionals. You will contribute to deliver high-end data quality reports in Data Excellence and collaboration across Pandora’s Digital & Tech organisation.
Key responsibilities:

Establish, analyse and maintain the Data Quality Reports in close collaboration with the Data Governance team.

Build ETL flows using SQL and SSIS for data mining, logical transformation and cleansing. This can also require programming skill as a lot of transformations has to be scripted due to nature of the source data.

Define, implement and improve Data Management methodologies, templates and best practice.

Participate in data profiling and data cleansing activities to enhance overall data quality.

Monitoring of data processing activities that ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
-
3-5 years of relevant experience
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Relevant work experience with SQL, SSIS (or any other ETL tool), Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, DataBricks, Excel, Power BI and data analysis.

Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships that result in adoption of data quality principles.

Knowledge and skills in data management methodologies and tools with a proven track record of successfully delivering Data Management projects.

Demonstrated experience in developing and operationalizing data base guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards.
