About Data Management Team

 

The team is composed of Data Governance, Data Excellence, Data Architecture, Master Data Tooling and ERP Master Data members. We are approximately 20 people who are spread over 3 locations: Copenhagen, Warsaw, and Thailand.  You will have the responsibility of E2E responsibility of R2R related Master Data in the ongoing ERP Project.

 

Master Data Analyst in Global SAP S/4 HANA ERP implementation


In this Digital & Technology position, you will play a key role through the entire design, data migration and global implementation of SAP S/4 HANA with the focus on financial Master Data. You will be responsible of the E2E solution design of master data objects within Finance and Order-to-Cash, and you will drive best practices and standardization.

 

Other key accountabilities include:

 

  • Lead design for our financial and retail master data objects together with business and our ERP implementation partner to hone requirements and fit to standard process design.
  • Deep dive in business processes, master data mapping and prepare solution design in new ERP (SAP S/4 HANA)
  • Generate insights from master data to support business decision-making and process improvements
  • Implement data standardization and harmonization for consistency of the data objects throughout their lifecycle
  • Co-design integration and distribution schemas for master data
  • Contribute to master data migration processes by facilitating mapping, analyses, load files and test scripts
  • Create and maintain documentation
  • Provide training to end-users on data entry best practices and master data concept and usage
  • Support process owners, business analysts and business SMEs in transformation with analyses, functional deep dives and in maturing ways of working.

 

What is needed to succeed:

 

  • Proven experience as a master data analyst or in a similar role, and data migration.
  • Experience from other enterprise-wide SAP implementation programs and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Profound working experience from SAP FICO and/or Retail module.
  • Good understanding of core business processes and workstreams such as R2R, OTC, P2P (Procure-to-Pay)  and hereunder Master Data concepts in SAP 
  • Proficiency in data management tools and technologies such as SAP, ETL processes, and data quality tools.
  • Working experience or knowledge of Agile/ Scrum methodologies (DevOps, Jira) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bring positive and proactive mindset with an intrinsic motivation. Demonstrate a true team-player that aims for the accomplishment of common goals
  • Proficient spoken and written command of English
