Transform Supply Chain Technology at Pandora

Pandora is on an ambitious journey to enhance its Digital strategy, focusing on building an agile end-to-end supply chain. As the Cutover and Environment Lead, you will play a vital role in optimizing our migration and cutover practices, ensuring seamless integration across our product teams. Key Responsibilities

Migration & Cutover Strategy:

  • Define and implement migration and cutover strategies, ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems.

  • Develop structured plans with sequenced activities, timelines, and dependencies.

Environment Management:

  • Oversee and optimize our cloud environments (primarily MS Azure), ensuring efficient landscape management.

  • Monitor and maintain high-quality data transfer during system migrations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Align with business and technical teams to facilitate coordinated execution and communication.

  • Serve as a central point of contact for cutover-related activities and insights.

Project Leadership & Risk Management:

  • Conduct mock cutovers and simulations to identify and mitigate risks.

  • Present insights and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Team

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing cloud environments, with a strong focus on optimization.

  • 3+ years in developing cutover, migration, and release management frameworks.

  • Proven experience with hybrid portfolios, integrating SaaS and in-house solutions.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and cloud ecosystems, including IaC.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English.
