As a Compliance and Loss Prevention Specialist with analytical thinking and a strong understanding of retail industry, you will support polish market, where we currently have 58 of Own & Operated stores and work daily with Store Managers, Regional Sales Managers and Global Business Services organization. Your Responsibilities:
- Stock control (including stock and data analysis, control of the store stock movements, weekly accuracy checking and posting of manual adjustments made by stores, daily support for stores on loss prevention measures, regular contact with EDC (external warehouse), monitoring and reporting unusual activities in sales system, flagging risk and manipulation in regards of stock control, creation of mitigation plans)
- Annalual and cycle stock takes (agreeing timelines for counts, contact with external Vendors, providing external and internal auditors with requested documentation, performing annual stock take reconciliations, conducting annual internal financial controls (ICF), posting of counting files in an exceptional situation)
- Development, implementation, revision and update/maintenance of store policies and procedures concerning stock accuracy and communicating these procedures to stores.
- New Projects - securing that new projects are implemented accordingly in regards of stock accuracy processes, creating new procedures for stores if needed
- Trainings for Regional Sales Managers and Store Managers
We are perfect match, if You have:
- Understanding of retail industry and solid experience in a role with analytical responsibilities (preferably in stock management, stock takes conducting, reconciliation or audit, sales analysis scope)
- Fluency in Polish and at least communicative level of English
- Well structured, detailed in and problem solving approach
- Analytical skills and ability to provide detailed and clear report analyse
- Profficiency in Excel, experience in using inventory management, accounts receivable modules of ERP system, dashboards and ticketing platforms, Power BI reports and OMS system is a significant advantage
- Flexiblity and capability of working with competing deadlines to optimise business results
- Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required
- Proactivity and curiosity, can-do attitude and team-spirit
