Cloud Migration & Environment Lead
About the Role
We’re looking for a Cloud Migration & Environment Lead to join our Regional Digital & Technology HQ in Warsaw. You’ll drive mission-critical system cutovers, manage cloud environments, and lead seamless transitions across our global supply chain tech stack. This is a high-impact role at the centre of our digital transformation.
What You’ll Do
Cutover & Migration Planning
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of system cutovers and cloud migrations
- Develop structured migration frameworks with clear timelines, dependencies, and risk controls
- Run mock cutovers and simulations to ensure readiness and business continuity
Cloud Environment Leadership
- Own the design, maintenance, and optimization of Azure cloud environments
- Ensure environment integrity, uptime, and performance for our development and production landscapes
- Support deployment pipelines, test environments, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) approaches
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the main point of contact for all cutover and environment activities
- Align closely with supply chain product teams, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
- Translate technical insights into clear business communication
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who can combine technical depth with project leadership:
- 5+ years managing cloud platforms (especially Azure) in enterprise environments
- 3+ years leading cutover and migration programs across hybrid SaaS/on-prem systems
- Hands-on with SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Excellent communication skills; able to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Fluent in English
