About the team

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce & Capacity Planning Lead to join our Digital & Tech Portfolio & Planning team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our cost transformation program and investment portfolio maturity journey, focused on improving the efficiency of our ways of working and fetching and analyzing insights from our planning and rostering (capacity) data.

As a Workforce & Capacity Planning Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing analytical tooling solutions, utilizing tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and other relevant technologies. This position requires strong analytical skills, expertise in data visualization tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will bring the facts to live through visualization (fx. Organizational charts) and analysis of data into engaging and revealing formats, and support in optimizing our processes for data fetching, modelling and consolidation be creating operational tooling and data models that can be introduced into our colleagues day to day practice.

 

Your role as a Workforce & Capacity Planning Lead:

  • Regularly update and optimize people data in different formats (organizational charts, Databased, Excel sheets).
  • Work closely with senior teams to identify opportunities for organizational optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Create ad-hoc snapshots of people data from different data sources (organizational charts, Databased, Excel sheets).Identify opportunities for process automation using tools like Power Query and other relevant technologies.
  • Use your creativity and analytical skills to find innovative solutions to automate tasks and streamline processes within Portfolio & Planning: Resource Management and Transparency, Initiative Capacity Planning, etc.
  • Provide support to the portfolio team in optimizing process with insights and tooling for various areas including people framework, portfolio management, and planning tasks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, maintain, and update the business case around organizational structure optimization, demonstrating the potential benefits and value generated.
  • Work closely with portfolio managers, project leads, and resource managers to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making processes.

 

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Analysis, Finance, or related disciplines).
  • Experience utilizing analytical tools such as Power BI, Power Query, or similar technologies for data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Solid understanding of data visualization and analysis as well as user journeys and optimization.
  • Knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using tools like Power Query or SQL.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and curiosity to embracing the digital-first mindset
  • Preferred but not critical experience in process analysis techniques and process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
