About the Team:
Pandora is embarking on an ambitious journey to deliver on our Digital Strategy to become the leading direct-to-consumer brand using digital, while equally employing the happiest, most empowered and technology-enabled colleagues. One of the most central technology components in delivering on these ambitions within our stores is our future global Workforce Management (WFM) solution ‘Plandora’ based on Ceridian Dayforce. The system will be transforming store employees’ day-to-day ways of working and experience with technology, while driving business growth by ensuring we have the right people in stores at the right time.
As Business Analyst for WFM within Digital & Technology, you will lead requirement gathering configuration and documentation of our Ceridian Dayforce platform. You will work closely with functional stakeholders understanding business goals and pain points. You will support the Product Management team by enriching user stories, analysing business requirements, architecting configurations and testing throughout the product development lifecycle. Furthermore, you will drive standard implementation and operational excellence of our People Tech landscape together with external parties.
Helping our technical team to ensure architectural health of Pandora’s Dayforce platform, this role will also entail advisory to business stakeholders on the functional implications of technical design-decisions to promote cross-functional collaboration. You will help to shape the direction and product domain as part of the day-to-day leadership team to ensure Pandora is putting technology at the heart of evolving our business and delivering growth.
About You @Pandora:
You will work very closely with functional stakeholders and the technical team to
- Drive the analysis of business objectives and pain points converting them into requirements and ready-to-develop user stories
- Implement technical configurations within Plandora (i.e. Ceridian Dayforce) to meet business needs, while keeping the platform architecturally coherent and compliant
- Work with stakeholders, to identify potential benefits and viable options for implementation
- Drive standardization and non-functional requirements definition
- Document and execute acceptance test scripts
- Support master-data management, system configuration and operational excellence in support processes
- Participate and contribute to all agile scrum ceremonies including daily stand up meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint demo, and sprint retrospective.
What is needed to succeed
- Solid knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce platform (primarily Time and Attendance, Dashboards, Advanced WFM Modules, WFM Advanced Scheduling) or equivalent leading WFM platform
- Certifications in relevant Ceridian Dayforce modules are preferred
- Ability to translate business needs and pain points into technical requirements
- Expert problem-solving, listening, written and verbal communication, and decision-making skills
- Effective influencer and ability to work with large cross-functional teams to manage, support and solve problems
