About the Team
Pandora is embarking on an ambition path to deliver on our Digital strategy to build an agile end-to-end supply chain delivery. We are embracing a scaled Agile structured around product teams with clear focus on outcomes. Strong and passionate Business Analysts is a key component of realizing these ambitions. In this role you will support the shaping of our ways of working for Business Analysts. This is a hands-on role in which you will drive the and deliver new capabilities within our area.
Within supply chain, you will work to execute on the operations 2026 strategy and support the ambitions of creating a flexible fulfilment and delivery setup across our warehouses globally. You will enable the distribution centres, operations and planning teams to establish a new scaled agile delivery engine to cross-functionally realize the strategic ambitions.
You will focus on Requirements Analysis & Management, Product Evaluation and Optimization and Stakeholder Management.
You will have a key role as a member Omni Operations Product Line, leading the work together with the Product managers and other Business Analysts in securing that we are delivering needed capabilities for Pandora.
Key Accountabilities:
Requirements Analysis & Management
- Gather, document and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure and validate that the requirements align with business objectives.
- Prioritize and validate requirements vs business value, time, budget and scope.
Product Evaluation & Optimization
- Support design, development, test, and deployment.
- Assist in evaluating solutions and vendor assessments.
- Participate and drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring that the solutions meet business needs and are delivered as per the requirements.
Stakeholder Management
- Be the bridge between stakeholders and the product team.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between all stakeholders.
- Managing expectations and resolving conflicts among different stakeholders.
What is needed to succeed in the role:
- 4-5 years of experience within the Supply Chain domain
- 4-5 year of experience working with Warehouse Management, Inventory Management and Transport Management
- 3+ years of experience in Agile Digital Product Development and worked within agile development practices and have knowledge of the Objectives & Key Results (OKR) framework
- You are comfortable and have great experience working with business processes with focus on Supply Chain and Logistics
- Industry/sector exposure to Global 3PL network, transport and freight forwarders, Omni-Channel Retail, Luxury goods or FMCG industries
- You are obsessed about identifying customer problems and needs and you are naturally curious in solving these whilst making a business impact
- You are obsessed with simplifying the complex, finding the best ways to solve problems here and now
- You have a strong ability to influence, listen to and collaborate successfully with variety of stakeholders connected to the domain in a complex environment
- You have excellent communication skills in English and can translate complex information into stories for the right audience when needed
- You are comfortable working in a highly technical environment and curious in learning and understanding topics outside of your practice
- You are a “do-er”, willing to work hands-on including stepping in to work directly with a development team in a product role if needed
