We are searching for an SAP Basis and BTP Administrator to spearhead the management and maintenance of our SAP ecosystem at Pandora. Your role as a BTP and Basis Lead, SAP Solutions

In this pivotal role, you will lead the coordination of application, SAP tools, and infrastructure administration, ensuring seamless operations within our hybrid landscape. Collaborating closely with cross-functional and technical teams, you will design and implement sophisticated SAP technical solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing system configurations, managing BTP services, facilitating upgrades and patches, optimizing system performance, and promptly resolving technical issues.

You'll oversee support for SAP BTP platform services and S4 HANA systems, leveraging expertise in various SAP technologies such as S4 HANA, BTP Services setup and configuration, SAP cloud ALM, Cloud Connector architecture, SAP Web Dispatchers, SOLMAN, SAP ABAP, SAP SLT SAP Fiori, SSO 3.0 Solution, SAP Datasphere, as well as a solid understanding of Cloud technologies like Azure Private Cloud Infrastructure and network services. Security on SAP S/4 HANA will be a primary focus, and you'll monitor system performance to ensure business continuity while collaborating with cloud providers and business teams to address application performance issues in cloud environments. 

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and maintaining SAP systems, including SAP S4HANA (NetWeaver), SAP BTP, SAP cloud ALM, SAP Fiori, and connecting 3rd-party applications.

• Administering and configuring cloud services in BTP and setting up of hybrid solutions (for example, S/4HANA on a private cloud and Work Zone in BTP). Managing IAS, IPS, IAG, and User Security in SAP BTP.

• Working closely with our delivery partners and internal technology teams to deliver the overall solutions in scope.

• Engaging regularly with SAP cloud enterprise services team to obtain critical support for SAP hosted and managed infrastructure and applications.

• Providing technical leadership for critical issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring all vital facets are covered to enable key stakeholders to make informed decisions.

• Being responsible for client strategy and testing strategy to ensure critical scenarios are tested and managed through a well-thought-out environment in a fast-paced delivery environment.

• Leading and coordinating implementation plans, operational tasks, escalations, and performance improvements and automating SAP Basis-related activities.

• You will advise on options, risks, costs versus benefits and impact on other business processes and system priorities; contribute to cost versus benefit measures.

• Creating and maintaining Landscape Diagrams and writing operational runbooks.

• Engaging with SAP and technology vendor ecosystems to drive improvements and select appropriate partners.

What is needed to succeed:

15+ Years of Experience in SAP Basis Administration with 2 years of experience in SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA Administration. Understanding of Roles and Responsibilities when work with SAP RISE offering.
Deep knowledge of SAP Basis tasks: Installations and Configurations (SAP S/4 HANA, FIORI, SLT, SOLMAN, CALM, Cloud Connector, etc.), S4 Upgrades, SSO configuration, installation of SSL certificates, applying Support Package, Kernel patch upgrade, TMS configuration and Transport administration, Background Job Management, Refreshes and Client copies (local client copy, client export, client import).
Hand on experience of administration and configuration of cloud services in BTP. Experienced in setting up hybrid solutions (for example S/4HANA on premise and Work Zone in BTP). Manage Security in BTP. Experience in User Management.
Deep knowledge of SAP HANA in-Memory Platform core technology, including architecture, landscape design, installation, upgrades, performance tuning and data archiving.
Security Knowledge and understanding of SAP Application Security: Single Sign-ON, Infrastructure Security, SNC, High Availability and Disaster Recovery. Security related to HANA platform: analysis and implementation of SAP Security Notes. Experience in SAP Backup and Recovery.
Experience in Monitoring SAP: SOLMAN 7.2, systems Logs, Work processes overview, Lock entries, Updates, background jobs, system health check, CloudWatch for AWS (Amazon Web Services) part. SAP Early Watch configuration and analysis.
Expertise in Troubleshooting range of issues and providing root cause analysis from S/4 HANA to SAP BTP Service and 3rd Party surrounding systems.
Ability to lead and coordinate implementation plans, operational tasks, escalations, and performance improvements.
Experience in SAP Sizing by using the SAP Quick sizer.

Working knowledge of Operating systems (LINUX), network connectivity and Azure vWan, Azure VMs, Azure File Store and Citrix VDI.
