Automation Technical Specialist - RPA Support Engineer

As an RPA Support Engineer, you will be tasked with monitoring and maintaining existing automations, including root cause analysis for failures and recommendations for corrective actions. You will Orchestrate Production Unattended Robots, design, develop and implement new custom components to meet dynamic business requirements, increase productivity, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities can cover following areas:
- Develop, and deploy RPA solutions in accordance with Internal Practices
- Conduct testing and debugging of automated solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Code Development of existing and new automations
- Continuous enhancement of the code to address Business expectations
- Contribute to development of coding standards and best practices
- Execution of Unattended Robot runs
- Pro-active monitoring of Jobs and Transactions
- Trigger Scheduling
- Monitoring of the Orchestrator and raising platform related problems
- Exceptions root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain documentation for RPA solutions, including technical specifications and user manuals
- Create, update Git Repositories
- Create Pull Requests according to Internal Best Practices
- Managing of RPA ticketing system
- Ensure timely implementation of bug-fixes
- Monitor Robots’ condition based on pre-defined dashboards
You’re the perfect match, if you have:
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience as a RPA Developer, RPA Support Specialist
- UiPath Studio, UiPath Cloud Platform, UiPath Orchestrator, Azure, Azure DevOps, Rest/Soap API, MS Excel
- Experience in development using .NET will be a plus.
- Experience in UiPath Studio & RE-Framework
- UiPath Advance Certification will be a plus.
- Experience with VBA will be a plus.
- Competency in one or more (C#, SQ, PythonL) will be a plus.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations will be a plus.
