At Pandora we continue to expand our agile implementation throughout our organisation. As Agile Enterprise Coach in Pandora you play a key role in forming the mindset and skillset in our technology organisation. You work as a trainer, coach and mentor for senior leadership teams, product managers and scrum masters to master customer focus, value, quality and flow.
You work with likeminded coaches in an Agile Enterprise Coach team responsible for implementing and expanding agility in the organisation and maturing our own developed agile playbook “Agile. The Pandora Way”.
In your role as an Agile Enterprise Coach:
- Coach and mentor leadership teams and key agile roles on agile mindset and agile practices
- Educate at all levels on topics like “Agile. The Pandora Way”, Lean Portfolio management and Product management
- Collaborate with Product Directors/Product Managers to build clear links between strategy and the agile teams and explore with discovery work
- Collaborate with Scrum masters/Delivery Managers to build flow of work
- Collaborate with Engineers and SRE teams for Built-In Quality and DevOps practices
- Lead the Agile Communities of practice groups (CoPs) to aid sharing of best practices between colleagues with same interests and/or skill set
- Facilitate events like Hackathon and outside-in knowledge sharing
- Review, measure, and improve agile ways of working in the organisation
- Maintain a backlog of ideas to evolve our organisation and our playbook “Agile. The Pandora Way”
What is needed to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Product Manager, engineer or agile coach in a technology organization
- 2+ years of experience from training and coaching at enterprise level in an agnostic, scaled enterprise implementation.
- 2+ years' experience of working as an Agile Enterprise Coach or similar
- Certification such as Certified Scum Master or Product Manager (CSM / CPM), Professional Scrum Master or Product Owner (PSM / PSPO), Certified SPC Practitioner or Certified Large-Scale Scrum Practitioner (LeSS)
