AP Project Coordinator

Due to the development of PANDORA GBS and reorganization within the company, we are looking for Project Coordinator who will comprehensively manage the project portfolio and the process of change in our Accounts Payable department. Project Coordinator, as a part of AP team, will cooperate closely with the team members and project group, as well as with the Global Process Owner (GPO) located in Copenhagen and the Intelligent Processes team in Warsaw.


The person in this position will be responsible for the complex planning process, taking care of project documentation and finally, for monitoring quality and excellence in project delivery. The AP Project Coordinator will act as a first point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.


Your responsibilities can cover following areas:

  • Support global finance organization in identification, evaluation and prioritization of PTP improvement initiatives
  • Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project outputs
  • Liaise with stakeholders to define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Complex project management such as: resource scheduling assistance, setting timeframes, tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities,  monitoring project progress and handling issues
  • Undertake project tasks as required and provide administrative support as needed
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Meet all key milestones within the schedule, cost and scope
  • Ensure successful completion of P2P projects and effective stakeholders engagement incl,  Project Managers and GPOs



You’re the perfect match, if you have:

  • Min, 2 years relevant working experience in the field of project management
  • Working knowledge and understanding of operational processes within AP/PTP
  • Preferably Green Belt certification with practical project completed, project management certification: PMI (CAPM lvl, At least), Prince2
  • Excellent communication & stakeholders management skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Power Point and Excel
  • Preferably project management software knowledge: MS project, Project Online or other
  • Preferably Power BI knowledge
