Here in Warsaw, we are responsible for about 90% of all the company's financial and accounting transactions worldwide.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Intern to join our SSC team on a dedicated project focusing on vendor statement analysis, reconciliation, and onboarding. This role is essential in ensuring vendor data accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and supporting a streamlined P2P process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vendor statement reconciliations, identifying missing invoices or unmatched payments.
- Analyze and validate vendor account balances in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in vendor onboarding activities to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Support data cleansing initiatives related to vendor records.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document reconciliation and onboarding procedures for knowledge transfer, project and audit purposes
You’re the perfect match, if you have:
• English - minimum B2 level
• Good knowledge of MS Excel,
• Accounting or financial background or you are a student,
• Positive energy & can-do attitude,
• Experience in Shared Service Centre or retail company will be a significant advantage
• Full time availability
