Scope: Levante Region
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager, preferably based in Valencia, to oversee our boutiques in the Levante area, including Valencia, Alicante, and nearby provinces, as well as the wholesale clients assigned to the region. This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave.
GENERAL OVERVIEW
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for successfully driving sales revenue in an assigned region while building and leading high-performing teams across the territory. For this position, it is essential to have a solid background in retail and prior experience managing multiple stores within a top-tier fashion brand. We are looking for a sales- and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a dynamic and team-oriented environment. This is a field-based role, and a company car is provided. Candidates should live within reasonable distance of the store portfolio and hold a valid driving license in Spain.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for building high-performing teams and strategically driving sales and profitability in our owned and operated stores, always maintaining a strong customer focus. Brand standards, both global and local, must be consistently applied in an efficient and commercially driven manner. The RSM must establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximise opportunities related to people, product, and operations within the region.
Key responsibilities:
Team Management

Lead, inspire, and develop the team to build engaged Store Managers and high-performing teams.

Adapt leadership and coaching style according to each team’s experience in people management, development, sales, operational excellence, and visual merchandising.

Foster an inclusive and diverse culture aligned with Pandora’s values.

Promote a positive and flexible work environment, driving continuous improvement and effective change management.

Develop and invest in internal talent to ensure a strong talent pipeline and effective succession planning.

Attract and select top-tier talent for the team.
Performance and Standards

Drive commercial performance to achieve sales targets and KPIs in the assigned region.

Lead and support Store Managers in maximising sales and profitability while ensuring operational excellence.

Ensure an exceptional customer experience and the implementation of brand initiatives and operational standards across all stores.

Guarantee flawless implementation of global visual merchandising standards, adapted to the local market.
Collaboration, Training, and Communication

Work closely with HR, Retail Operations, Training, and Merchandising teams to maximise the potential of people, product, and sales.

Collaborate with the Sales Training team to develop impactful training programmes.

Build strong relationships with store teams.

Facilitate in-store trainings and workshops for teams.

Ensure all Retail communications are shared in a timely manner and aligned with corporate communication standards.
Processes, Analysis, and Operational Management

Analyse business performance, data, and reports to identify commercial opportunities and implement corrective actions when needed.

Stay up to date with industry standards and benchmarks to ensure Pandora remains a leader in service and operations.

Improve stock accuracy and reduce losses across the region.

Manage workforce planning in line with business expectations.

Provide feedback on product, customer, and local market trends to the wider organisation.
MORE ABOUT YOU

Extensive experience in retail management within a global organisation and a proven track record in similar multi-store roles (e.g., Area Manager, District Manager, or Multi-Site Manager).

Solid experience managing wholesale clients, including negotiating commercial agreements and developing strategic relationships to expand the network and support business growth.

Experience managing high-volume and high-visibility regions.

Customer-centric leadership with a strong sales and results-driven mindset.

Strategic and solutions-oriented profile with an excellent understanding of how to achieve retail KPIs successfully.

Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and maintain energy and pace in execution.

Inspiring leader, coach, and mentor with strong people development skills.

High level of business acumen and experience in strategic planning.

Data-driven with experience in scheduling, performance, productivity, stock optimisation, team and territory management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Availability to travel up to 80% of the time.
