About the Team:  
The Store Manager is the ultimate Pandora ambassador. In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product range, taking real pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll spend quality time on the shop floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive results. You’ll also lead, coach, and develop an Assistant Store Manager and a team of Retail Assistants.

  • Bringing expertise across key areas — talent, brand, operations, and customer experience — ensuring timely execution of visual merchandising, smooth operational processes, and ongoing team development.
