About the role

 

As a Training & E-Learning Coordinator for Pandora’s ASIA cluster, you will play a vital role in supporting the creation, design, and delivery of engaging learning experiences for our Retail teams. You will manage the end-to-end coordination of training materials across various formats — including e-learning modules, classroom sessions, digital tools, printed resources, and video content — ensuring they are high-quality, relevant, and aligned with learning objectives.

 

You will also oversee logistics such as organizing classroom trainings and managing translations, while collaborating closely with regional stakeholders to adapt content for diverse market needs. In addition, you will lead smaller-scale training initiatives, supporting project tracking, documentation, and timely execution, all in alignment with Pandora’s Global Training strategy.

Key areas of responsibilities

  • Supporting role in the creation, design, and delivery of impactful learning solutions for our Retail population of Pandora’s ASIA cluster
  • Coordinate production and delivery of training materials across multiple formats — including e-learning, classroom sessions, digital tools, printed materials, and videos — ensuring high-quality, relevant, and engaging content
  • Manage and coordinate logistics related to training actions such as organising classroom trainings and translation
  • Collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to gather input, align on learning objectives, and adapt content to meet diverse market needs, supporting the Global Training strategy
  • Manage smaller-scale projects or initiatives within the training function, supporting progress tracking, documentation, and timely delivery of outputs
  • Enhancing the capability and confidence of Pandora’s retail teams, supporting consistent brand and service standards
  • Scale learning delivery efficiently and maintain alignment across markets and functions for the Asia Cluster

 

 

 

Ideal Profile

  • Minimally 2 years of solid experience in training content development, instructional design, or learning coordination
  • Experience within retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry is advantageous
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data and feedback to improve learning outcomes
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to align multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
  • Curious and proactive approach; embraces change and innovation
