As HRBP, you will have the opportunity to partner with local leadership and HR generalists in Japan to drive people and business performance through Cluster expansion and strategic planning for the Retail Population. Your efforts will not only impact the success of the organization but also provide a meaningful and inspiring experience for those involved in the process.

The HRBP will be responsible for driving all human resource efforts for the Retail Population, under the direction of the HR Director, LAPAC. This includes developing robust policies and programs related to talent acquisition, employee relations, talent management, compensation, and payroll. The HR Business Partner will provide expert coaching and counseling to management, HR Generalists, and employees to improve individual contributions. This role will lead the HR department and oversee the HR staff to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.


Your role as HR Business Partner: 

All functions of the HR role will be focused on the Retail Population 

-    Bring the best talent on board

-    Make sure we have the right processes and practices to deliver the company objectives
-    Provides management with collaborative consultation on sensitive or complex employee relations issues
-    Reviews and monitors performance management processes in Retail to ensure quality, timeliness, and effectiveness for business.
-    Partner with Talent Management to implement appropriate change management,  team building, and related tools and processes for Retail Population
-    Assists managers in the identification of core competencies and skill requirements across the business area to ensure consistency
-    Provides training and consulting in effective employee performance management practices including coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions
-    Maintain in-depth knowledge of local legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

-    Equipe people in stores with solutions to build capability and deliver performance.

 

What is needed to succeed:

-    Minimum 5 experience managing Human resources 
-    Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, recruiting, including payroll, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws. 
-    Previous successful management experience.
-    Strong collaboration and communication skills required

-    Excellent English communication skills.
