Store Manager, DROTTNINGGATAN

Responsibilities of a PANDORA Store Manager:

Leadership and development

  • Responsible for managing 4-6 team members
  • Responsible for coaching, leading and developing your team to ensure an extraordinary customer experience and by that continuously strengthen PANDORA’s brand
  • Responsible for ensuring relevant training of team members and ensuring a common understanding of PANDORA’s vision, mission and values
  • Responsible for maintaining a high team spirit and ensuring store performance and team commitment
  • Responsible for recruiting new team members
  • Responsible for developing own skills and competences and developing your team members talent in the best way, being the perfect role model

Targets and results

  • Implementing initiatives for your team members, achieving sales targets and results
  • Compiling daily and weekly sales reports for your Regional Sales Manager
  • Reviewing weekly sales figures for each employee

Retail operations

  • Ensuring that daily cleaning is of high standard and that all furniture is properly maintained
  • Appointing team members to ensure that visual merchandising is representative and meets Pandora’s standards, as well as making sure that all employees act according to the PANDORA VM guidelines

Inventory and cost control

  • Responsible for the inventory and procedure of customer orders 
  • Responsible for organizing inventory stock
  • Responsible for effectively managing inventory deliveries, storage and low risk processes

Qualifications of a PANDORA Store Manager:

  • You have at least 3 years of leadership experience in a luxury good or comparable retail environment
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You have a proven ability to recruit, coach and develop a team
  • You are a results driven leader with the ability to inspire and create a highly collaborative selling environment
  • You are service-minded and hold a “can do” attitude
  • You thrive in a fast paced environment and can easily adapt to changes
  • You are flexible in regards to working hours and open to work in evenings, weekends and on public holidays
