About the Team:

Pandora North America is on an exciting growth journey, and we're building a best-in-class Visual Merchandising team to elevate the in-store experience across our expansive network of stores.

 

As a Visual Merchandising Specialist in the Texas Market, you’ll bring Pandora’s playful spirit to life through compelling visual storytelling. You’ll be responsible for executing a variety of visual merchandising initiatives—from new store setups to seasonal refreshes—ensuring every display reflects our brand’s creativity, quality, and emotional connection with our customers.

 

This role is a dynamic blend of hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration, supporting both field operations and internal teams. You’ll play a key part in shaping how our customers experience Pandora in-store, making every visit feel inspiring and unforgettable.

 

Your Role as a Visual Merchandising Specialist.

  • Responsible for VM execution within a specific district
  • Work in close partnership with the Sales Director to execute and maintain visuals in all stores (including Owned & Operated, Franchise stores, Multi-brand and Owned Shop in Shops)
  • Partners with Sales Director to understand and support in store needs
  • Follows and executes in store against NAM VM directives
  • Trains store teams
  • Supports store communication, questions, challenges & prep
  • Intimate store knowledge that informs ordering process
  • Photos and documents in-store VM installs
  • Feedback & Post-mortem collection
  • Effective visual management and execution in region
  • Category growth metrics are in line with company goals

  • 3 - 5 years of solid experience working within Marketing and/or Consumer Insights
  • 3 - 5 years of leadership/people management role for a digital team
  • Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry
  • Experience from global organization Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Travel required: 75% of the time

Texas Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 commensurate with experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.  

Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
