Senior Retail Marketing Manager

Main purpose of the role:

  • Execution of all trade marketing related activities and Visual Marketing for mainland, Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan.
  • Ensure the company’s strategies are communicated to and executed with perfection within the Cluster


Key accountabilities:

  • Leverage the deep understanding of shopper insights and landlord insights to collaborate with the rest of the marketing team (brand, PR, social, CRM), retail team, EC team and landlord marketing team to plan and execute consumer facing experience including GWP, consumer event, in store / in mall consumers experience, in store / in mall POSM and advertising, and Visual Merchandising to help drive traffic and consumer engagement.
  • Majority of the work is China for China with some of the work are global adoption / adaption
  • Provide feedback to global team on the learning and implication of the local insight and best practice.
  • Plan and manage budget in the air of responsibility.
  • Develop and coach team members to help them grow per their career goal



  • Bachlor degree in Marketing, Consumer Insights, Data engineering or related area 
  • 8+ years of solid experience working within trade marketing and visual merchandising 
  • 3+ years of leadership/people management role
  • Experience from retail and fashion
  • Fluent in English – verbally and written
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills (with peers across the business as well as with global team and external agencies)
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment, meeting work deadlines effectively.
