Retail Marketing Supervisor

Main Purpose of the role:

  • Execute on developing and driving Retail Marketing vision and strategy for brand and all product categories to fuel business growth and brand equity across China market.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Build, drive and monitor retail marketing from planning to execution of key strategies/ initiatives in China.
  • Monitor and report budget on a monthly basis, be positioned to readily identify spent, committed and planned status always with goals of driving retail revenue.
  • Work closely with cross functions of Marketing team to ensure that campaigns, plans and tools are aligned across all channels.
  • Manage vendors to execute event production including POPUP, instore activation etc.
  • Develop on-brand GWP to improve shopping experience and increase sales performance.   
  • Regularly gather market feedback to further improve effectiveness of in-store marketing strategies/plans/tools.
  • Analyze results and provide fully comprehensive reports of Pandora Retail/ In-store marketing activities in the local market.
  • Execute agreed promotional window calendar and produce assets for in-store activities. Work on brief to create and keep improving window assets.
  •  Integrate initiatives into marketing program through close coordination with internal key relationships.
  • Regularly analyze and review allocation of in-store budget to ensure results are in line with plan.

 

Pivotal and Professional Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience, minimum 2 years' experience in relevant marketing fields and retail marketing execution, with leading consumer goods company.

  • Curiosity towards market landscape, emerging trends, and industry prospects.
  • Proven track record in the leading brands •    Strong data analysis skills and excellent at PPT and excel
  • Strong oral and written English skills •    Good communication and interpersonal/influencing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environment.
  • Self-motivated and willing to take challenge.
