PR and Influencer Manager

The mission of this position is to build Pandora as the most loved and story-telling Jewelry brand in Mainland China through maximizing innovative and inspirational brand exposure by recommending, planning, executing and maximizing brand and product exposure and positive free publicity by public relations / corporate relations initiatives in team partnership with the other related functions within the Marketing Team.

 

 

Key Responsibility

Planning and Execution

  • Assist line manager to develop Pandora PR and Influencer strategy.
  • Lead the execution and ensure an effective result to benefit business growth eventually.
  • Lead the internal team and external agency to develop campaign-base strategy and planning with innovative thinking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relations with media, influencer and government.
  • Explore 3rd party collaborations that can increase brand awareness and improve business growth. 
  • Work closely with internal key business stakeholders to provide support with PR & Influencer approaches.

 

Management

  • Manage all PR related activities such as celebrity event, interviews and PR collaborations.
  • Manage and monitor internal team and external agency’s execution. 
  • Set goal for internal and external teams to ensure high quality deliverables.
  • Review all reports prepared by internal and external teams and present to Management teams on behalf of PR.

 

Financial

  • Plan yearly budget as set according to the Marketing Plan.
  • Monitor budget expenses base on approved budget respecting company’s financial guidelines.
  • Negotiate with vendors to maximize ROI.
  • Efficiently manage budget and deliver high ROI.

 

 

Qualification:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferably within premium FMCG, fashion, jewelry & watches.
  • Management experience in PR/Marketing Communications.
  • Expert in PR and Influencer Marketing.
  • Demonstrated passion and interests in fashion retail trends
  • Strong relations with media and Influencers.
  • Thrives in a fast-pace work environment and can work with tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Outstanding multi-tasking and project management skills. Timeline sensitive and result-orientated
  • Proactive, organized and detail-minded
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must
  • Strong business acumen and have a flexible and result driven approach on managing challenges and changes
