Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to Pandora's Greater China operations, focusing on commercial contracts, intellectual property rights, and corporate governance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and contracts, with a particular emphasis on lease agreements, to support our retail expansion and operational needs.
- Liaise with and manage external legal counsel as required, ensuring efficient and cost-effective legal services..
- Conduct legal risk assessments for new business initiatives and provide strategic legal solutions to mitigate potential risks.
Qualifications:
- A law degree from a recognized university and qualification to practice law in China.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house experience. Candidates with experience working in law firms will be given preference.
- Strong expertise in commercial law, particularly in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease agreements.
- Excellent command of both Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively in both languages.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving legal and business challenges.
